What does “Pot accel mism” mean on my Hyster Forklifts?
    • A
      Amber WatsonSep 7, 2025
If your Hyster Forklifts displays “Pot accel mism”, check the potentiometers. If the potentiometer works properly and the wiring is correct, the ACE-2 logic board needs replacing.

Why does my Hyster R1.6 Forklifts say “Battery low”?
    • S
      Sarah JonesAug 25, 2025
If your Hyster Forklifts displays “Battery low”, it means the battery charge is less than or equal to 10% of the total charge and the BATTERY CHECK adjustment is not 0. Take the charged battery. If it doesn't work, measure the battery voltage with a voltmeter and compare it to the value in the BATTERY VOLTAGE parameter. If they are different, adjust the value of the ADJUST BATTERY function.

What to do if I see an “Eeprom ko” alarm on my Hyster Forklifts?
    • G
      George ThomasAug 26, 2025
If the “Eeprom ko” alarm appears on your Hyster Forklifts, it indicates a hardware or software defect in the integrated non-volatile memory. Try performing a CLEAR EEPROM operation (refer to the console manual). Power cycle the device using the key to check if the alarm disappears. If the alarm persists, the control device needs replacement. If the alarm disappears, the parameters will be replaced by the default ones.

Why is my Hyster Forklifts showing “Logic failure #1”?
    • R
      Robert GardnerNov 24, 2025
If your Hyster Forklifts displays “Logic failure #1”, it means the control device has detected over or under voltage conditions. Check for diminishing pulsations of the key input signal due to external loads, inspect the electrical cable connections to the battery terminal (positive and negative), to MC and to the control device (+Batt and –Batt), ensuring they are tightened to a torque of between 13Nm and 15Nm. If no voltage transient is detected and the alarm persists, the logic board likely needs replacing. If the trouble appears during motor operation, there could be undervoltage or overvoltage. If the alarm appears during acceleration, it is most likely due to undervoltage, so check the battery charge and cable connections. If the alarm appears during brake release, it is most likely ...
