These firmware versions are corresponding to firmware with the
old SCT3928DD_UpdateFlash version. After the firmware is
upgraded, the related functions cannot be improved or added.
Such issues include:
 TDMA feature is not supported
 Mixed Receiving feature is not supported
 CTCSS unexpected enabling/Tail tone issue is not solved
 Noise issue upon releasing the PTT key is not solved
