Slot 8 Operation: Switch 3 allows this card to operate in slot
8 of IBM 5160, 5170 or 5531 PCs. The number is located on
the back of the system unit.

Switch 4 is not used.
Note:
Steps 4 through 7 are summarized instructions for
installing the card. Refer to your personal computer
operator's manual for specific feature card installation
instructions.
4. Remove the system unit cover.
5. Install the card in the personal computer. The card can be
installed in any available expansion slot.
6. Replace the system unit cover.
7. Reconnect the cables.
8. Reconnect the power cords.
9. Card installation is complete.
