0 - RUN TESTS ONE TIME - Runs the diagnostic tests once for

1 - RUN TESTS MULTIPLE TIMES - Runs the diagnostic tests the
number of times specified in a following menu. This is a system
test to detect intermittent problems.
2 - LOG UTILITIES - Allows use of the error log and time-of-day
functions (goes to Menu 3).
