To attach the power cord:
a.
Make sure the power switch on the
right
side of the
printer is in
the
Off
position.
b.
Plug the smaller end of the cord into
the
back
of
the
printer. Then plug the larger
end into an electrical outlet.
CAUTION
For continued safety, only use the
printer
with
a
properly grounded
receptacle.
2.
Turn the power Off.
Remove
all paper from
the
printer.
Remove the
power cord
and
the
Parallel I/O
printer cable. If packing
the
printer for
service,
retain the power
cord
and
printer cable.
