The configuration file that
is
used for testing can also be used
to configure the IBM 5250 Express PC Card for some
emulation software. For more information, see "Special
Instructions for Configuring the IBM 5250 Express PC Card"
on page 25.
Before you can run the diagnostics, you must create a testing
configuration for the type
of
adapter that you are using. To create and
test the configuration that is used when running the diagnostics:
1.
Insert your backup copy
of
Support Diskette #2 in the
A:
drive
and power on your PC. The 5250 Emulation Adapter Tests
screen, similar
to
the one shown
in
Figure 2 on page 10, appears.
