v Yes: Exchange the failing ac line cord.
This ends the procedure.
v No: Perform the following:
a. Inform the customer that the ac voltage at the power outlet is not correct.
b. Reconnect the ac line cords to the power outlet.
This
ends the procedure.
8. Is the SRC 1xxx-00AC?
v No: Continue with the next step.
v Yes : On a Model 825, the 00AC reference code can be caused by the cover on the processor
enclosure not being installed (see Locations - Model 825), or a faulty interlock switch assembly
(see the Model 825 - Interlock switch remove and replace procedure, and the Type, model, and
part number list for the part number). For other Models or FCs, exchange the tower card on the
failing frame (see symbolic FRU “TWRCARD” on page 470).
This ends the procedure.
9. Perform the following for SRC 1xxx-1500, 1510, 1520, or 1530:
a. Determine the following locations:
v Model 820 with dual line cord (See Locations Model 820):
(SRC 1xxx 1510, 1520): ac line cord 1.
(SRC 1xxx 1530): ac line cord 2.
v Model 825 with dual line cord (See Locations Model 825):
(SRC 1xxx 1510): line cord 1
(SRC 1xxx 1520): line cord 2.
v
FC 5074, FC 5079 (See Locations - FC 5074 Expansion I/O Tower or Locations - FC 5079
Expansion I/O Tower):
(SRC 1xxx 1510): the ac jumper cord connected to P01 and the AC module.
(SRC 1xxx 1520): the ac jumper cord connected to P02 and the AC module.

(See page 179)):
(SRC 1xxx 1510): the ac jumper cord connected to P02 and the AC module.
(SRC 1xxx 1520): the ac jumper cord connected to P01 and the AC module.
