3. Insert a solid metal rod (like a bristol wrench) into the manual tape cartridge unload hole and push in
until it stops and the arm appears.

4. Pull the arm out until it stops. Insert the solid metal rod into the hole of the arm and pull out until the
tape cartridge comes out.
