Supply

The
power
supply
requires
a
sinewave
input
and
converts
the
ac

input
voltage
to
three
dc
output
voltages.
The
power
supply
provides

power
for
the
following:

board

adapters

DASD
drives
Auxiliary
device
Keyboard.

|
|
The
power
switch
and
two
light-emitting
diodes
(LEDs)
are
on
the
|
front
of
the
system
unit.
The
green
LED
indicates
that
the
power
|
supply
is
operating.
The
yellow
LED
indicates
fixed
disk
drive
|
activity.
|
Outputs
|
The
power
supply
provides
separate
voltage
sources
for
the
system
|
board
and
the
drives.
The
system-board
voltages
are
+5
Vdc,
+12
|
Vde,
and
—12
Vde.
The
drive
voltages
are
+5
Vdc
and
+12
Vdc.
The
