Description
Invalid command decoded during initial
sei:.ection.
Phone line becomes not operational during
a read or write operation in other than
sequence O or 7.
Parity check detected (during initial selec-
tion) in command byte. Parity check
dei;ected during service cycle.
Se:rial data bit and line adapter transmitter
do not match (write operations only).
Terminal controls signaled stop time for a
character (in read operation only), but the
line was not in mark state.
In read operation, one character (or more)
was destroyed because channel failed to
se:rvice when requested.
Timeout in progress, and space is received.
As long as command field does not hold con-
trol code, space is received and bit count
and strobe count fields are all 0 's.
When timeout runs for 28 sec, (strobe
count and bit count fields are all l 1s). When
short timeout expires (2 sec for 1050 DCS
during sequence O of a read operation).
