IBM System/360 User Manual

This publication describes how to use the
TSO Command Language to all TSO terminal
users. The commands can be used to perform
the following functions:
• Start and end a terminal session.
• Enter and manipulate data.
• Program at the terminal.
• Test a program.
• Write and use command procedures.
• Control a system with TSO.
This publication tells you what commands to
use to perform these functions. For
details on how to code each command, refer
to the publication IBM System/360 operating
system: Time Sharing Option, Command

Before reading this manual you should be
aware of three facts:
• Program Products are not discussed in
this manual.
• All examples in this manual show the
user's input in lowercase letters and
the system output in uppercase letters.
• All examples in this manual assume that
you are using an IBM 2741
