manufacturer.
4. Pressure vessels from the series referred to in point 1.
5. We declare with full responsibility that the diaphragm tanks to which
this declaration relates are made in accordance with the following
Directives and their references to harmonized standards Of the Eu-
ropean Parliament and of the Council, as amended:

own conformity assessment carried out by the producer including
verication of documentation for compliance with Directive 2014/68/EU
we declare with full responsibility that diaphragm tanks qualied for
categoryI of pressure devices to whichthis declaration refers are in
accordance with the following directives of the EuropeanParliament
and the Council as amended:
- PED 2014/68/EU (applied to the evaluation of PN-EN13831:2007
standard)
According to art. 1 point 2 point f) (i), indent (iii) of Directive 2014/68/EU,
pumps and hydrophores with tanks with a capacity of 50L and smaller
have been classied as pressure equipment of category I.
