What to do if Ice i20NB Scrubber has poor water pick up?
    • F
      Fred PageAug 2, 2025
If your Ice Scrubber isn't picking up water effectively, several factors could be at play. First, check if the recovery tank is full and drain it if necessary. Ensure the drain hose cap is tightened and the float shut-off screen within the recovery tank is free from clogs—clean it if needed. Inspect the squeegee assembly for any blockages and clean them out. Examine the squeegee blades for wear; replace or rotate them as necessary, and adjust the squeegee blade height to ensure correct deflection. Check for loose vacuum hose connections and secure them. Clear any obstructions from the vacuum hose and replace the hose if damaged. Make sure the recovery tank cover is correctly positioned and replace the seal if it's damaged. Lastly, recharge the batteries if the charge is low.

      Brian GrimesAug 10, 2025
If your Ice Scrubber has little to no solution flow, start by checking the ball valve to ensure it is fully open. Next, verify that the solution flow control knob is properly adjusted and not shut off. Inspect the solution tank filter and solution hose for any clogs; clean the filter or flush the hose as needed. Also, check the solution solenoid valve for clogs, and remove and clean the valve if necessary.

Why my Ice i20NB machine will not operate?
    • G
      Greg BrandtAug 17, 2025
If your Ice Scrubber isn't starting, the control handle bail might not be pulled; ensure you pull it. The batteries may need charging, so charge them fully. Check for loose battery connections and tighten them. The main control unit circuit breaker might have tripped, in which case, reset it. If these steps don't work, the batteries might be bad and require replacement.

Why does my Ice Scrubber have a short run time?
    • L
      Lindsay MartinezAug 26, 2025
A short run time for your Ice Scrubber can be due to several reasons. First, ensure the batteries are fully recharged. If the issue persists, the batteries may be defective and need replacement. Check if the down pressure lever is set for extra scrub head pressure and lower it if it is.
