D Transmitting a PTT ID call
You can transmit a call with your station ID�
When another station receives a PTT ID call, your
station name (or ID) is displayed�
Push [PTT] to make a call�
Beeps sound, depending on the presetting�
Your station ID is transmitted when you push [PTT] (at the
beginning of the transmission) or release [PTT] (at the end
of transmission), depending on the presetting�
D Transmitting an MDC Emergency call
An MDC Emergency call can be transmitted in the
same way as the 2-Tone, 5-Tone, or NXDN
TM
signaling
operation. See “Emergency call” for details. (pp. 3-3 ~
3-6)
The transceiver can also be set to keep the
microphone open in the Emergency mode to monitor
the situation, depending on the presetting�
D Transmitting an MDC Emergency
Acknowledgment
When receiving an MDC Emergency call, an MDC
Emergency Acknowledgment is automatically
transmitted, depending on the presetting�
