ETHERNET SERVICE DETECTION
When the DATA port is selected, VDV II Pro can detect the presence of an
Ethernet device connected to the DATA port and report information about
its configuration such as advertised Line Rates and Dup
lex.
If PoE is present, it is indicated in the display:
If PoE is not present, the pattern of short circuits created by the Ethernet transformers
of the connected port is shown:
