Click on Run to download the Screen Connect application (see Fig.
27).

When the IDS Georadar technician try to connect to your pc you
will receive a Popup requesting the authorization, click on Allow
(see Fig. 29).

At this point, IDS GeoRadar Customer Care can perform a range of
operations on your desktop:
Send and receive files;
Directly control your PC;
Chat to ask some physical operation to be performed (for example
connect a cable, turn off/on a system, move some parts);
