Cooking Method :
1. Wash the poha well and drain
the water in a fine colander.
2 .In the microwave safe bowl, add
ghee, add the broken cashew nuts,
almonds, dry coconut powder,
grated jaggery and cardamom
powder, Keep the bowl in the
microwave oven, Select the menu,
and press START.
3 .Upon beep add poha, Sprinkle 2
tbsp of water over the poha and
press START.
