Cooking Method :
1. Process cashew nuts or
almonds in a food processor until
crumbly. Add dates, cacao
powder, salt, orange zest and
vanilla and process again.
2. Add dates nuts mixture in
borosil bowl. Keep the bowl in
the microwave oven, Select the
menu and press START.
3. Mix the mixture with a metal
spoon.
4. Divide into 12 portions and
shape them into round balls.
5. Dust each truffle with
desiccated coconut placed on a
baking sheet.
6. If the mixture is sticky
refrigerate for 30 minutes before
serving.
7. Store in an airtight container in
refrigerator for up to 3 days, or
freeze for up to 1 month.
