50g powdered sugar
Add flavours (vanilla
essence -1 tsp or
strawberry crush -2tsp) as
per your preference
1 liter warm milk , add yoghourt
culture (50gms) or 5 gms of dry
culture. Cover with cling wrap, allow
it to rest for 5 minutes before stirring.
keep the container (borosil or pyrex
bowl) on the glass turntable , select
yoghourt programme and press start.
