If both the “Ice Full” and “Add Water” lights are illuminated on your Igloo Ice Maker, it could be due to an electrical power surge, air in the lines, blocked lines, or the water tank's inability to detect the water level. Here's what you can do: * Turn off the icemaker, unplug it, add water if needed, plug it back in, and restart. * Inspect the parts; remove the drain cap at the back to drain a little water, then replace the cap and try again. * Check for ice blocking the ice pusher; turn off the unit, let the ice melt, and then restart. If the problem persists, contact Haier America Customer Service.
