What to do if the Igloo Ice Maker unit does not operate?
    • C
      Christine PetersenJul 29, 2025
Ensure the Igloo Ice Maker is plugged into a standard 110/120 Volt, 60 Hertz power source. Also, the ambient or water temperature might be too high. Try running the ice maker in temperatures below 90°F and/or use colder water in the water reservoir.

Why do both the “Ice Full” and “Add Water” lights turn on simultaneously on my Igloo ICE108 Ice Maker?
    • A
      Angela WilliamsAug 3, 2025
This can happen due to an electrical power surge, air in the lines, or blocked lines preventing the water tank from detecting the water level. To resolve this, turn off the Igloo ice maker, unplug it, add water if needed, plug it back in, and restart the unit. Also, inspect the parts, remove the drain cap on the back to drain a small amount of water, replace the cap, and try again. Finally, check for ice blocking the ice pusher; if so, turn off the unit, let the ice melt, and then restart it.

If the “ADD WATER” indicator light is illuminated on your Igloo Ice Maker, it means the water level is low or there is no water in the reservoir. Add water, and the ice maker should resume operation automatically.
