Factory resetting
Push a pin into the pinhole on the underside
of the hub until the status lights turn o. The
centre light will then blink red 4 times when the
hub is ready. Note – this deletes all previous hub
information.
Adding IKEA Home smart to your hub
Follow the instructions in the app to add "Works with
IKEA Home smart" devices to the hub.
Care instructions
Unplug the power supply unit from the power source
before cleaning and when the hub is not in use.
To clean the hub and the power supply unit, wipe with
a soft cloth moistened with a small amount of mild
cleaning agent. Use another soft, dry cloth to wipe dry.
Never submerge the power supply unit or hub in water.
Never use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents as this
can damage the products.
