Problem Cause Solution
The capsule is not
held in the infuser unit
and falls directly into
the capsule holder (6)
Control lever (1) is not fully
open
Fully open the control lever (1) completely
so that the capsule holder comes out of
its housing, recover the unused capsule
from the capsule holder (6) and insert it
again. If the problem persists, contact the
service centre
After inserting the
capsule into the
infuser unit, the control
lever (1) cannot be
closed.
Capsule not aligned with
infuser unit
Open the control lever (1) again and close it
completely. If the problem persists, contact
the service centre
Capsule holder (6) full Verify that the capsule holder tray (6)
does not contain too many used capsules
to prevent the insertion of a new one and
empty it
The coee dispensed
by the machine is cold
Faulty heater Contact the service centre
The LED of the
espresso coee
button (3) flashes
quickly and the
machine does not
reach the temperature.
The temperature probe does
not read correctly
Try turning the machine o and on again;
if the problem persists, take the appliance
to the service centre.
The capsule is not
ejected correctly
Capsule embedded in the
infuser
Close the control lever (1) and slowly open
it again
Press the button (2) and while the water is
being dispensed, slowly open the control
lever (1)
Capsule holder (6) full Verify that the capsule tray
(6) does not contain too many spent
capsules to prevent the expulsion of the
spent capsule and empty it
If the problem persists, contact the service centre
Single drops come out
of the spout (4) at the
end of dispensing.
This is not a defect A few drops of water will leak out at the
end of the dispensing process
Coee dispensing
does not stop even
if you press the
dispensing buttons (2)
or (3).
Faulty components Disconnect the plug from the power out-
let and contact the service centre
The coee dispensed
has an acid taste
After decalcifying, the machine
was not rinsed properly.
Rinse the machine again
Using expired capsules Check the expiry date of the capsules
