What to do if the IMER Mixer motor doesn't run on position 1?

  If the motor of your IMER Mixer isn't running when switched to the '1' position, there could be several reasons: - There might be no power in the supply cable; check the cable. - The electric plug and socket might not be properly connected; ensure a proper connection. - The cable from the plug to the electric panel could be broken; replace the cable. - A wire might have become disconnected inside the panel or on the motor terminal board; remake the connection. - The switch could be faulty; replace the switch. - A fuse might have blown inside the panel; change the fuse. - The protection cover might be open; close it. - The limit switch might be faulty; replace it. - The cam might be incorrectly mounted; refer to limit switch adjustment "11.1".

  If the discharge outlet of your IMER Mixer is leaking water, it could be due to: - A worn sealing gasket; replace the rubber. - A broken or ineffective spring; replace the spring.

How to fix an IMER Mixer outlet that won't open?

  If the outlet of your IMER Mixer won't open, it's likely due to deposits in the outlet protector. Remove and clean the outlet protector (see Outlet Protection Removal, "11.2").

What to do if IMER Mixer scraper rubbers don't mate with the tank?

  If the scraper rubbers of your IMER Mixer do not mate with the tank, it's probably because the rubbers are worn. Replace the rubbers and/or adjust their position (see Mixing Paddle Replacement "11.3").
