1.26 HEAT GENERATOR
COMMISSIONING IGNITION,
ONLY COUPLED WITH A
CONDENSING UNIT.
To commission the indoor unit (the operations
listed below must only be performed by qualied
personnel and in the presence of sta only):
- check that the internal system is properly sealed
according to the regulations in force;
- make sure that the type of gas used corresponds
to indoor unit settings;
- Check that there are external factors that may
cause the formation of fuel pockets;
- make sure that the gas ow rate and relevant
pressure values comply with those given in the
indoor unit manual
- switch the indoor unit on and check correct
ignition;
- ensure that the safety device is engaged in the
event of gas supply failure and check activation
time;
- check connection to a 230V-50Hz power
mains, correct L-N polarity and earthing con-
nection;
- check the intervention of the main switch
located upstream from the indoor unit and in
the indoor unit;
- check that the intake and/or exhaust terminals
(if tted) are not blocked.
Should even just one of these checks have a
negative outcome, the system must not be
commissioned.
