Anomaly signalled Cause Hydronic module status / Solution
E 27 Insucient circulation
is happens when the hydronic module overheats due to poor water
circulation in the primary circuit. e causes can be:
- low system circulation; check that no shut-o devices are closed on
the heating circuit and that the system is free of air (deaerated);
- circulating pump blocked; free the circulating pump.
- damaged owmeter.
Check system circulation and owmeter.
Press the Reset button (1) (3)
E 31
Loss of remote control
communication (zone
1)
This happens when an incompatible remote control is connected
or when communication between the hydronic module and remote
control is lost.
Cut power to the hydronic module then
power it back on. If the Remote Control is
still not detected at restart, the system will
switch to local operating mode, i.e. using
the controls on the control panel. In this
case the "Central Heating" (1) function
cannot be activated
E 32
Low temperature zone
2 probe anomaly (op-
tional)
If the board detects an anomaly on the low temperature zone 2 probe,
the system cannot work in the aected area.
(1)
E 37
Low power supply
voltage
This occurs when the power supply voltage is lower than the allowed
limits for correct system operation.
If normal conditions are restored, the sys-
tem restarts without having to be reset (1)
E38 Loss of ame signal
This occurs when the heat generator is ignited correctly and the
burner flame switches off unexpectedly; a new attempt at ignition
is performed and if normal conditions are restored, the generator
does not have to be reset.
If normal conditions are restored, the
generator restarts without having to be
reset (1) (2) (4)
E43
Block due to loss of
ame signal
is occurs if the “Flame signal loss” error occurs many times in a
row within a preset period (E38).
Press the Reset button, before restarting,
the heat generator will run a post-ventila-
tion cycle. (1) (4)
E45 High T
e board detects a sudden and unexpected rise in ΔT between the
system ow probe and return probe, the heat generator limits the
burner output to prevent damaging the condensing module; when
the correct ΔT has been restored, the heat generator returns to
normal operation.
If normal conditions are restored, the heat
generator restarts without having to be
reset (1) (4)
E 46
Zone 2 low temper-
ature thermostat
triggered (optional)
During normal operation, if an anomaly causes excessive overheating
of the ow temperature in the low temperature zone, the unit indicates
the malfunction.
e unit does not meet the zone central
heating requirement. (1)
E 49
High temperature
block on heat genera-
tor return probe.
is occurs when the heat exchanger return circuit reaches a temper-
ature that is too high.
Make sure that water circulates properly
in the heat generator and that the three-
way valve works properly. Press the Reset
button (1) (4)
E 50
External probe missing
or faulty
In the event the external probe is not connected or is faulty, the
anomaly is indicated.
Check the external probe connection.
e system continues to operate with the
external probe integrated in the condensing
unit (1).
If the external probe is replaced, repeat the
installation operations.
E 51
Zone 1 CAR Wireless
communication failure
If there is no communication between the indoor unit and rst zone
Wireless version CAR, an anomaly is signalled. From this moment,
it is only possible to control the system by means of the control panel
of the indoor unit itself.
Check operation of the Wireless CAR,
check the battery charge (refer to the relative
instructions booklet)
E 54
Puer probe anomaly
(optional)
e board detects an anomaly on the puer probe. Puer mode is disabled (1)
E 80
P.C.B. malfunction
block
is occurs in the event of malfunctions of the P.C.B. that controls
the gas valve.
Press the Reset button (1) (4)
E 98
Block - maximum no. of
soware errors
e maximum number of soware errors possible has been
reached.
Press the Reset button (1) (4)
E 99 General block A heat generator anomaly has been detected. Press the Reset button (1) (4)
E 129
Zone 1 humidity probe
anomaly
Anomaly on the zone 1 humidity probe (optional). Zone humidity
cannot be checked.
In addition to the humidity, the dew point
is not calculated for the zone (1) either
(1) If the block or anomaly persists, contact an authorised company (e.g. the Authorised Technical Assistance centre).
(2) The anomaly can only be verified in the list of errors in the “Information” menu
(3) e heat pump mode does not start, the heat generator stays active to satisfy the room heating and domestic hot water production requests
(4) e heat generator does not start, the heat pump mode stays active to satisfy the ongoing requests
