Lat Pulldown / Vertical Row Assembly

1. Attach the Vertical Frame II ASSY (#2) to the Bottom Frame II ASSY (#1) using:
● two M10*20 Hex Head Bolt (#120)
● two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#105)
2. Attach the Connection Frame (#3) to the Bottom Frame II ASSY (#1) & the Vertical
Frame II ASSY (#2) using:
● two M10*20 Hex Head Bolt (#120)
● two M10*105 Hex Head Bolt (#122)
● one R20 Fixed Plate (#40)
● six Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#105)
● two M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#115)
Note: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
