Alternatively, ensure the compressed air inlet/outlet is properly connected, the connecting tubing isn't clogged, and no valves are closed. Also, inspect the filter's condition. If air flows continuously through the condensate drainage, the drainage solenoid valve might be jammed; try cleaning or replacing it.
