3.1 Mechanical Installation
3.1.1 Installation Environment
1. Ensure that the ambient temperature and humidity meet the requirements in the
following table. Install the braking unit in an environment free from vibration and direct
sunlight.
2. Install the braking unit and external braking resistor on the surface of incombustible
objects with sufficient room for heat dissipation.
3. Ensure that the installation environment is free from corrosive, combustible, and
explosive gas.
4. Ensure that installation environment is free from dust and metal powder.
