  If your Insignia Media Player produces no sound or the sound quality is poor, ensure all cables are correctly and securely connected and increase the volume. Also, the headphone connector or cigarette socket may be dirty, so clean them. Your CD player may be too close to magnetic interference, so move it away from magnetic fields. If you are in the car, adjust the car temperature. Finally, ensure that your CD player is not in reverse mode.
