4 Install the bottom plate (10) on the support tube using the four screws
you previously removed.
5 Place the padded mat feet (11) to cover the heads of the four screws
and place the monitor mount on the desk surface over the hole you
drilled.
6 Position the base off center to allow space for the cables to pass
through, then screw the tightening knob (2) through the mounting
plate (13) and the desk and into the bottom plate (10) until the
monitor mount is secure, adjusting the nut (12) as necessary.

Step 3 - Attaching the monitor to the monitor mount
1 Center the monitor plate on the back of your monitor and align the
eight mounting holes.
