(877) 467-4289 if any of the following should occur:
• The adapter shuts down when it is plugged into the device (LED
turns off).
• The adapter's LED light blinks when the adapter is plugged into
an AC power outlet.
• A cord or plug is damaged or frayed.
• Do not use with laptops that require more than 180 watts of
power.
• Make sure to use the correct tip for your laptop by going to the Tip

compatible models. Do not use a tip that is not listed for your
laptop.
• Keep away from children.
• The socket shall be installed near the adapter and shall be easily
accessible.
