Connect a 4-wire power cord
1 Disconnect power to the circuit breaker or fuse box before making the electrical connection.
2 Remove the four lower terminal screws from the terminal block.
3 Insert the four terminal screws through the power cord terminals and into the matching lower terminals on the
terminal block. Make sure that you match the colors when you connect the wires and terminals.
4 Reinstall and tighten the screws securely into the terminal block.
5 CAUTION: Check the voltage after connecting the power cord.
6 Go to Replace the terminal block cover
on page 20.
