7.3 Common problems for Insta 360 Stitcher
7.3.1 Installation failure
First , please confirm that your computer configuration specification is above 64 bit win 7 system ;
Additionally , some antivirus so  ware may prevent Stitcher installation , try to install it again a  er closing antivirus
so  ware .
7.3.2 Fail to export files
Stitcher only supports exporting files captured by Pro , Pro 2 or Titan camera , and the folder must contain the project file
called pro . prj , and file names inside the folder should not be modified ;
If folder files are not missing and internal filenames are not modified , please check whether the so  ware is correctly
installed . You can also try to solve the problem by install the Stitcher again .
7.3.3 No reaction a  er turning on
Generally it is due to improper installation , and it is recommended to install it again .
7.3.4 Poor stitching , ghost image , stitching joint
Video stitching problems :
Please check whether it is the problem of objects that are near the camera . If the distance is too close , it ’ s normal ; if
not , check whether objects with stitching problems are not obvious enough ; if not , please select appropriate
reference frames for stitching .
Photo stitching problems :
Please check whether it is the problem of objects that are near the camera . If the distance is too close , like less than
1 m , it ’ s normal ; if not , check whether objects with stitching problems are not obvious enough .
7.3.5 Cannot use hardware for decoding
Check whether your computer hardware configuration meets standards or check whether graphics drives are properly
installed . You may try to update graphics drivers .
7.3.6 Low optical flow stitching speed
