USER’S GUIDE
Getting Used
to Signing on
the ePad
If you have not previously used an electronic pen, it is
worth spending a little time becoming familiar with its
use. Practice using the pen as a drawing tool; for example,
try using the Paint Program found under Accessories in
the Windows Start Menu (Click Start, select Program
Files, Accessories, and then Paint). This will help you to
make your signature on the ePad more like your pen-on-
paper signature.
TIP: The biggest difference between signing documents
electronically on your new ePad versus on paper
is the absence of ink coming out of the pen. To
make the transition simple, take advantage of the
“line” that is drawn on the ePad specifically as a
guideline for signing your documents. You may
also find it helpful to look at the movements of the
pen on the ePad, rather than watching the screen
as you sign.
