Usage
WARNING!
–Ifyourconditionmeansthatyoucannottake
abathonyourown,onlyusethedevicewith
supervision.
–Ifoperatingthedevicewithoutsupervision,
makesuretohaveanalarmsystemor
telephonewithinreachincaseofunforeseen
events(e.g.malfunctions).
CAUTION!
Bathoilsorsaltscanimpairtheperformanceof
theliftingscissors.
–Ifusingsuchbathadditives,donotexceedthe
recommendeddose.
IMPORTANT!
–Runtheunloadedliftoncetothetopandthen
backtothebottom(functiontest).
–Beforeusing,checkthetemperatureofthe
bathwater.
1.PressandholdtheUpbuttonBuntiltheseatislevel
withtheedgeofthebathtub.
2.Makesurethatthesideapsarelevelwiththeseat
andrestatontheedgeofthebathtub.
3.Fillthebathwithwater.
4.Sitonthesideapnearesttoyouasyouwouldona
chair.
5.Slidebackwardsuntilyouaresittinginthemiddleof
theseat.
6.Turnyourselfintothebathingposition,byliftingoneleg
andthentheotherovertheedgeofthebathtub.
7.Onceyouaresittingcorrectly,presstheDownbuttonD
andholditdowntolowertheseatintothebathtub.
Oncetheseathasreachedthelowestposition,it
ispossibletoreclinethebackrestbycontinuingto
holdtheDownbuttonD.Thisproducesamore
comfortablebathingpositionandallowsyouto
immerseyourselfdeeperinthebathwater(noton
modelF).
8.KeeptheDownbuttonpresseduntilthebackresthas
reachedthedesiredposition.
Togetoutofthebathtub,followingthesestepsin
reverseorder.
9.Toraisethebackrestorthebathlift,pressandholdthe
UpbuttonBuntiltheseatisatthesamelevelwith
thebathtubedge.
IMPORTANT!
–Disconnectthehandcontrolfromthedevice
whenthebathliftisnotinuse,seesection5.2
