The design complies with protection class I. The mains plug may only be connected to a safety socket
whose voltage and frequency correspond exactly to the nameplate of the device. Unsuitable voltages
and unsuitable sockets can destroy the device and cause fatal electric shock.
1.3 Intended use:
The product INVOTONE® "DVA2000" loudspeaker column system is optimized for use with music and
speech signals. It was developed and designed for professional use in the field of audio engineering -
exclusively indoors. The device may only be operated for this purpose and in accordance with the
operating instructions. It must be ensured that the device is operated exclusively by trained and
competent users who are in full possession of their mental, physical and sensory abilities. Use of other
persons is expressly permitted only at the request of a person responsible for their safety who guides
or supervises the use. Damage resulting from failure to comply with the intended use and instructions
given in this manual will void the warranty and may result in consequences such as short-circuit, fire or
electric shock and / or dropping the device (s). Unauthorized changes to the device are prohibited for
security reasons.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper installation and
insufficient security!
Part 2: Installation:
Please check before the first commissioning, if there is no obvious transport damage. If you discover
any damage to the power cord or the housing, do not operate the equipment and contact your dealer.
Always plug in the mains plug last. The power plug must be used non-violently. Make sure that the
power plug is firmly seated. Do not let the mains lead come into contact with other cables!
All connections of the device should be made before switching on. Only use high-quality, undamaged
and as short as possible cables for the connections. The subwoofer of the INVOTONE® "DVA2000"
loudspeaker column system must be placed on its feet in a vertical position on a level surface before
use.
The INVOTONE® "DVA2000" loudspeaker column system consists of four components:
1. Subwoofer with integrated electronics for all system components.
2. A distance element with connections on top and bottom.
3. Two column elements with the speakers and the connection on the bottom.
