This document describes the iRest A200-1 Massage Chair, an advanced massage chair designed to provide a comprehensive and customizable massage experience.
Function Description
The iRest A200-1 Massage Chair incorporates a range of intelligent massage functions to cater to various user needs. It features a sophisticated AI intelligent core massage manipulator that can move up, down, stretch, and bend, ensuring a precise and effective massage. The chair includes an automatic detection and micro-adjustment of shoulder position, allowing the manipulator to automatically adjust the stretch back and forth and the manipulator according to the detected human body curve and massage finger pressing point, making the massage more accurate and comfortable.
The chair offers a wide array of automatic massage functions, including:
- Comfort Massage: Provides the most comfortable massage experience.
- Relax Massage: Delivers a gentle and comfortable deep massage to relieve body fatigue and relax the body.
- Stretch Massage: Lifts and lowers the lower leg frame and backrest frame for stretching and traction of the leg and waist, effectively relieving tiredness, joint soreness, and restoring vitality.
- Neck & Shoulder Massage: Utilizes a unique neck and shoulder massage method, focusing on the cervical spine and scapula to relieve neck and shoulder pain and fatigue.
- Back & Waist Massage: Concentrates on the back and waist to alleviate soreness.
- Full Body Massage: Offers a deep massage to revive body vitality.
- Good-night Sleep: Combines kneading and shiatsu massage techniques with low-intensity air pressure massage and 12 health acupoints massage to regulate and balance the human body. The chair automatically swings back and forth in a zero-gravity cradle massage state to promote faster sleep and improved sleep quality.
- Sport Recovery: Uses pressing and rubbing with airbags and rolling with wheels to relieve swelling in shoulders, arms, knees, calves, and other key parts after exercise, accelerating fatigue recovery.

Usage Features
The iRest A200-1 Massage Chair is controlled via a TFT color liquid crystal display screen on a manual controller, which displays the massage function in the running state.
Control Functions:
- On/Off Key: Turns the massage chair on or off.
- Automatic Key: Enters the automatic function mode selection interface, offering various pre-programmed massage routines.
- Zero-gravity Key: Adjusts the zero-gravity angle through four modes.
- Up/Down Keys: Navigate menus, select objects, or adjust massage position.
- OK Key: Confirms selected massage functions.
- Left Key: Returns to the previous menu or selects objects to the left.
- Right Key: Enters sub-menus or selects objects to the right.
- Lower Leg Frame Ascending/Descending Keys: Adjusts the lower leg frame to the most comfortable massage posture.
- Pause Key: Pauses all running massage functions and resumes them with another press.
- Menu Key: Enters the main menu selection interface for detailed function descriptions.
- Linkage Sit-up/Lying Keys: Adjusts the backrest frame and lower leg frame simultaneously for desired massage angles.
Massage Customization:
- Manual Program - Method: Offers 7 different massage methods: kneading, tapping, kneading and tapping, shiatsu, knocking, 3D I, and 3D II. Users can adjust manipulator massage ball width (for tapping, shiatsu, knocking, and 3D II) and speed (for all methods except stopping).
- Manual Program - Position: Allows selection of fixed-point, local, upper body, lower body, and full body massage positions. The massage area can be adjusted using the "Up" or "Down" key for fixed-point and local methods.
- Manual Program - Width: Adjusts manipulator massage width with 3 gears.
- Manual Program - Speed: Adjusts manipulator massage speed with 3 gears.
- Air Compression Massage: Includes upper body, lower body, and air compression intensity adjustments. Upper body air compression covers palm, arm, and shoulder air pressure. Lower body air compression includes leg and foot air pressure. Intensity can be adjusted in three gears.
- Other Functions: Includes foot roller (four modes: OFF/Gear 1/Gear 2/Gear 3), back heating, and calfrest heating. Back and calfrest heating functions provide warmth after 3 minutes.
- Memory Storage: Allows users to save and recall up to three customized massage programs, including massage method, air compression mode and intensity, position, and angle of lower leg and backrest frames, and other massage functions.

Bluetooth Speaker Play:
To use the Bluetooth speaker, users need to open "Settings" on the manual controller, select "Bluetooth," and then search for and connect to "iMCM-XXXX" on their smart device.
Installation:
The calf installation involves fixing the lower leg frame to the main body using M4 screws and connecting the pipeline.
Head Cushion and Backrest:
The head cushion can be removed or used to adjust the intensity of neck and shoulder kneading massage. The backrest and back cushion are connected by zippers.
Maintenance Features
Safety and Maintenance:
- General Safety: Read the manual carefully before operation. Do not use the product if the leather is broken or damaged. Do not drop anything into the product. Do not use the product if you are drunk or feel unwell. Do not use this product within one hour after a meal. Do not use this product with excessive force to avoid injury. Do not use the product if there is a mobile phone or lighter in your pocket.
- Operating Environment: Use in a dry, well-ventilated room. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures. Do not use in excessively humid rooms or near a heater.
- Floor Protection: Place a carpet or cushion under the massage chair to prevent scratches on the floor due to prolonged heavy pressure.
- Movement: Ensure all wires are pulled away from the chair surface. Press the backrest down to a certain angle (center of gravity on wheels), then push the chair forward to move it. Turn off the power and unplug the power cord and remote controller connection wire before moving. The rear moving wheels are suitable for short-distance, slow movement; for long distances, use other auxiliary moving tools. Do not move the chair on rough ground or in narrow spaces. At least two persons are required to lift it, using the legrest sealing plate and backrest cover grooves as acting points (not the armrest directly).
Product Care:
- Do not clean live parts of the product with a wet cloth.
- Do not clean the product with benzene, thinner, or alcohol.
- Do not clean the mechanical components of the product.
Important Warnings:
- Do not apply pressure on the legrest when lifted to prevent the chair from falling forward.
- Ensure the massage manipulator is not in the seat cushion position before sitting to avoid discomfort or damage.
- Check for children or pets under the legrest and backrest when enabling zero-gravity to prevent injury.
- Do not remove or pull out the remote controller cable or power cord in standby/power-on state to avoid damage or electric shock. Unplug them after use.
- Do not fall asleep on the massage chair while using it to avoid injury.
- The massage chair should not be used by more than one person at a time to avoid product failure or personal injury. Do not let children play on the massage chair or climb onto the lower leg, seat cushion, foot, backrest, or armrest.
- Do not use the product if the power cord is damaged; it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified staff.

It is designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. The equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and the user's body.
