Troubleshooting
1 The player will not power on.
* Check if the battery is discharged. Check it again after charging U10.
* |nsert a sharp object such as a straightened paper clip into the reset hole to reset the device.
2 Noise and distortion during playback.
* Check if the earphone plug is dirty.
+ Check if the music file is corrupted.
3 Characters in LCD are corrupted.
* Check if the right language is selected.
* The language setting can be changed т [Settings-Extra-Language].
4 Poor radio reception
* Check whether an earphone is connected.
(Earphone cord functions as an antenna during radio reception.)
* Adjust the position of the player and earphone.
* Turn off any nearby electronic equipment to avoid possible interference.
5 Failed download
* Check whether the USB cable is firmly connected.
6 Downloaded music files are not visible in the [Music] menu.
* Audio titles downloaded to the device via Windows Explorer are not listed under
[Music] menu. Use [Browse Device] menu to locate and play your music.
7 After turning on, the device only displays an error message and will not boot.
Please initialize the device; However, all music, pictures, text, and other data will be erased
from the player during the initialization
