Fasten the pedometer to your belt and reset step count to zero.
Press MODE until 'STEP/TIME' appears, then hold UP/CLR to reset steps.
Description of the MODE, SET, UP/CLR, and DOWN buttons.
Attach securely to belt, with alarm pen down, and set movement type.
Locate and open the battery compartment cover on the device.
