How to troubleshoot no power issue in Itm Saw?
    • N
      Nicole WilsonAug 20, 2025
If your Itm Saw has no power, several issues could be the cause. First, a fuse might be blown; if so, inspect the related components for an overload or short-circuit. If it's a three-phase system, check the power supply and fuses FU4, FU5, and FU6 to ensure they are in normal condition. Also, check transformer inputs FU1 and FU2(1A/1.6A) and fuse FU1(1A) on PCB1 if there's no DC24V. For no DC5V, check transformer inputs FU1 and FU2(1A) and fuse FU2(1A) on PCB1. Lastly, if there's no AC24V power, check transformer inputs FU1 and FU2(1A), fuse FU3(4A) on the distributor board, and the connection points of the safety limit switches, referring to wire diagram No: WT/M3/C-01, connection wire No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 19, and 20.

What to do if the hydraulic pump fails in Itm Trademaster WE-350DSA?
    • K
      Kathryn BakerAug 21, 2025
If the hydraulic pump on your Itm Saw fails, begin by checking the hydraulic motor M1 to see if it is working. Inspect the pump itself to ensure it's in normal condition. Verify the AC contactor K1 for normal condition or overload (FS1). Finally, check the distributor board for voltage flow to Coil K1 (Wire No. 9 and 15).

What to do if the saw blade of Itm Saw doesn’t work?
    • T
      Teresa StuartAug 23, 2025
If the saw blade of your Itm Saw isn’t working, you should first check the saw blade motor M2 to ensure it is in normal condition. Then, check the motor’s speed-exchanging switch to see if it is working correctly. Also, verify the AC contactor K2 for normal condition or overload (FS2). Finally, check the distributor board for voltage flow to Coil K2 (Wire No. 9 and 14).

Why is the speed-exchanging switch’s indicator light blinking on my Itm Trademaster WE-350DSA?
    • L
      Lisa BarberAug 26, 2025
If the indicator light on the speed-exchanging switch of your Itm Saw is blinking, check the speed-exchange switch position. Also, check the speed-exchange switch for working order and the DC24V power supply to ensure it is in normal condition.

What causes the saw bow of Itm Saw to not operate?
    • T
      Tina ParsonsAug 28, 2025
If the saw bow on your Itm Saw is not operating, check the hydraulic pump. Also, check the hydraulic flow for normal condition. Verify the distributor board for voltage flow to Coil K1 (Wire No. 9 and 15). Finally, check the signal of the hydraulic magnetic valve for normal condition (Bow up wire No. 9 and 21; bow down wire No. 9 and 17.)

What should I do if the blade cover indicator light is blinking on Itm Saw?
    • M
      Mrs. Catherine RossAug 29, 2025
If the blade cover indicator light is blinking on your Itm Saw, check the blade covers to ensure both are properly located and closed. Also, check the limit switches for normal condition, specifically the connection for wire No. 61 and 68.

What to do if the vise (front, back) of Itm Trademaster WE-350DSA is not working?
    • C
      Carrie DelacruzAug 31, 2025
If the vise (front, back) on your Itm Saw is not operating, check the hydraulic pump. Also, check the hydraulic flow for normal condition. Verify the control panel for voltage flow to Coil K1 (Wire No. 9 and 15). Finally, check the signal of the hydraulic magnetic valve for normal condition (Vise close wire No. 9 and 31; vise open wire No. 9 and 35.)

What does it mean if the motor M1, M2 over-loaded indicator light is blinking on Itm Trademaster WE-350DSA?
    • R
      Robin NortonSep 2, 2025
If the over-loaded indicator light for motors M1, M2 is blinking on your Itm Saw, check the motor-loading to ensure it is in normal condition (neither over-loaded nor short-circuited). Also, check the wire connections for normal condition (Check the connection points for wire No. 61 and 70 on FS1, No. 61 and 69 on FS2.)

What causes the blade-broken indicator light to blink on Itm Trademaster WE-350DSA?
    • W
      William ColonSep 4, 2025
If the blade-broken indicator light is blinking on your Itm Saw, check the blade for damage or improper placement on flywheels. Also, check the limit switches for normal conditions, specifically the connection for wire No. 61 and 67.

What does it mean if limit switches indicators are blinking at the same time on Itm Saw?
    • C
      ccarrilloSep 6, 2025
If the limit switches indicators for the saw bow up & down are blinking at the same time on your Itm Saw, it means both limit switches are being pressed simultaneously. Check the DC24V power supply to ensure it is in normal condition. Also, check connections for each limit switch and that the wires are correctly connected (Check the Up limit switch, wires No. 61, 73; Down limit switch, wires No. 61, 71.)
