Verify Device Driver Installation
Follow the steps below to verify the driver installation status of the USB 3.0 Multi-Adapter
Windows 7:
Right Click My Computer Manager

Device Manager

click + sign of
Network adapter & Sound, video and
game control & Universal Serial Bus
controllers
Windows XP:
Right Click My Computer, Manager → Device Manager click + sign of Display Adapter &
Network adapter & Sound, video and game controllers & Universal Serial Bus controllers
Uninstalling the Device Driver
*Unplug the USB Cable of the USB 3.0 MULTI-ADAPTER before uninstalling the driver
1. Click Start→ Control Panel → Programs
and Features→ Uninstall or change a
program Select j5 USB 3.0 MULTI-
ADAPTER... Click Uninstall
2. A message will appear confirming that you
want to un-
install the application. Click ‘ok’ to
continue.
