10 MALFUNCTIONS
WARNING: The machine must be isolated from the power supply before attempting any work on it.
Should the problem persist, please contact your technician.
The machine will not start
Check the electric power supply.
Check the thermal cut-out.
Check that the emergency stop button has not been
activated.
Check that the start button has been operated.
The motor is humming but will not start
Check the power supply, a phase may be down.
The chain jumps and creaks
Check chain tension.
Check for correct lubrication.
Check the condition of sprockets.
Check troughs are not distorted.
Check the inverting cam.
