9.7 REPLACING BATTERY PACK________________________________________________
The battery pack (A) is designed to be easily lifted out
and replaced. This allows the mower to quickly return to
service should the batteries become discharged or fail.
Additional battery packs are available as an accessory.
See Section 2.7
To remove battery pack:
1. Park mower on a solid, level area.
2. Set parking brake and remove key from switch.
3. Disconnect battery connector (B), place mower on
kickstand.
4. Push and hold battery release latch (C) down and
lift battery pack (A) away from mower.
5. Reverse procedure to install pack. Be sure pack is
completely seated on frame and secure.

CAUTION
To prevent injury or property damage, place mower
on kick stand before removing battery pack.
Full battery packs weigh approximately 60 lbs. (27.2
kg) Use proper lifting techniques when moving them.
