PlacethechildintheKOOSiSIZE.Passthestrapsoverthechild’sshoulders
andbringthemtogetherinfrontofthechild’sbody,thenfastenthebelt.

In ordertoprovidemaximumprotection,theshoulderstrapsofthe
KOOSiSIZEsafetyseatshouldbeadjustedsotheygojustabovethe
baby’s shoulders. Check the height of the straps whenthe babyis
correctlypositionedintheseat.

YourKOOSiSIZEsafetyseatisttedwithashoulderstrapquickheight
adjustmentsystembyusingtheheadrestpositionadjustmentbutton.
Pull the handle on the headrest and slide it along the backrest to
therequiredposition.Checkthatitislockedintoplacebypullingthe
adjustmentmechanism.

Tightentheharnesssystembypullingthecentralbeltsothatittsthe
child’sbodysnugly,youshouldbeabletoinsertjusttwoadultngers
betweenthestrapsandtheoccupant.

TheKOOSiSIZEsafetyseatmustbeinstalledFACINGTHEOPPOSITE
DIRECTIONINWHICHTHECARISTRAVELLING.Decideontheseatafter
readingthe“Choosingwheretoinstallthesafetyseat”section.
Toinstalltheseatcarefullyfollowthestepsbelow:

.a Positionthesafetyseatonthevehicleseat.

.b Passtheseatbeltbuckleoverthebaby’sfeetandfastenit.

.c Inserttheabdominalpartoftheseatbeltthroughtheslots(1)on
thesidesoftheframe.

.d Theshoulderpartofthevehicleseatbeltshouldbepassedbe-
hindthesafetyseat.

.e Turnthehandle(6)totheAUTOposition,thefurthestforward.The
carsymbolonthesidesofthehandleshouldbevisible.

.f Tightenthecarseatbeltandfastenthelockingclip(2).Makesure
thatthesafetyseatissecurelyanchoredbypullingit.
WARNING:Forinstallingrearfacingsafetyseats,thecorrectgui-
desforttingtheseatbeltaremarkedonthechassisinblue.
DONOTuseanyguidethatisnotdescribedintheseinstructions
oranyonthebabycarrierthatarenotcolouredblue.
