Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The chopper does not turn on.
The chopper emits odour.
The chopper no longer works.
The chopper vibrates violently or makes
a lot of noise.
Make sure the device is plugged in correctly.
The chopper can emit odour when you use it
for the rst time. This is normal.
The bowl needs to be cleaned.
The device has a protective function and can
in some cases turn itself o automatically.
Wait 30 minutes.
Make sure that the blades are
placed correctly.
The amount of ingredients exceeds the
maximum amount indicated on the bowl.
