  If your JAVAC Water Pump isn't creating a good vacuum, several factors could be the cause. First, check the oil level and add oil to the center line of the oil scale if it's insufficient. If the oil is emulsified or not clean, replace it with new oil. Also, inspect the oil inlet and filtering screen, cleaning them if blocked. Examine the pump hose and vessel for any leaks and repair them. Ensure you're using the correct size pump; if it's too small, use a larger one. Finally, worn components can cause poor vacuum, so consider repairing or replacing the pump.

  If your JAVAC Water Pump is overheating, there could be a few reasons: * If the temperature is below +5C, allow the temperature to rise. * If the motor is overloaded, wait 5 minutes and restart it, or press the motor reset if installed. * Check for any foreign matter that may have fallen into the pump and eliminate it.

  If your JAVAC Water Pump is discharging oil, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, there might be too much oil in the pump; in this case, drain the oil to the oil base line on the sight glass. Alternatively, the inlet pressure could be too high, so use a recovery pump to remove the excess pressure.
