What to do if JBL PowerBass PB10 bass output is low?

If the bass output from your JBL Subwoofer is low, try the following: * Ensure your receiver/amplifier is switched on. * Check all wires and connections between the receiver/amplifier and the subwoofer. * Verify the subwoofer is plugged into an active electrical outlet. * Adjust the level control. * Flip the phase switch to the correct position. * Slowly turn the level control clockwise until you achieve the desired bass level.
