Is the pilot supply valve oil filter
blocked?
START
Is the pilot oil pressure low?
Are the joystick linkages worn? Check
the condition of the universal joints
and actuator plates on the pilot
control valves.
Adjust as required.
Repair or renew as applicable.
Renew filter. Remove any
contamination. Check condition of
hydraulic oil, drain and replace if
necessary.
Is the pilot supply valve operating
correctly? Remove the valve stem
and check for signs of
contamination or sticking.
