FIRST TIME SETUP: BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Notes:
Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the headphone and the connected device.
The headphone is designed to be used within 33 feet (10 meters) of a connected device, with no major objects in between (walls, etc.).
Once successfully connected, the headphone will memorize your device and automatically pair when turned on in the future.
Only one device may be connected at a time. To pair a different device, first unpair the current one through its Bluetooth settings.
If for any reason Bluetooth connection is lost, manually reconnect your Bluetooth device.
Select “JLab Play Pro” in your
device settings to connect.

in your device settings.

When the Play Pro Wireless Headphones
are powered off, press and hold the Power
Button for approximately 8 seconds.
Fast blinking red and blue light
indicates searching for Bluetooth device.
PAIRING NEW / ADDITIONAL DEVICES:
Turn OFF Bluetooth on your previously paired device and turn ON Bluetooth on new device.
Repeat FIRST TIME STEUP process for new devices.

First Time Setup: Bluetooth Pairing

Turn on Bluetooth in device settings

Enable Bluetooth on your device before initiating the pairing process.

Power on and pair headphones

Press and hold the power button for approximately 8 seconds until the light blinks red and blue.

Select "JLab Play Pro" to connect

Choose "JLab Play Pro" from your device's Bluetooth settings to establish the connection.

Pairing New / Additional Devices

Repeat First Time Setup for new devices

Turn off Bluetooth on the previously paired device before pairing a new one.

Button Functions

Volume and Track Control

Manage volume levels up/down and skip tracks forward/backward using headset buttons.

Playback and Call Management

Control music playback, answer, and hang up calls, or reject incoming calls.

Audio EQ and Voice Assistant

Switch between Gaming/Music EQ modes and activate Siri or Google Assistant.

Microphone Control

Control the microphone's on/off (mute) status by pressing the button.

Charging

Charging the Headphones

Connect via USB-C; a solid red light indicates charging, and a solid blue light indicates charging is complete.

Console + Mobile Gaming

Connecting for Console and Mobile Gaming

Use the AUX cable for gaming and adjust volume with the headphone volume wheel.

Multipoint: Connect 2 Devices Simultaneously

Connect First Device

Connect the first device, turn off Bluetooth, and Play Pro will auto enter pairing mode.

Connect Second Device

Enter your second device's Bluetooth settings and connect to JLab Play Pro.

Reconnect First Device

Enter your first device's settings, turn on Bluetooth, and reconnect to Play Pro.

PC / Mac Setup If Connected to Bluetooth

Windows PC Setup

Configure JLab Play Pro as the default audio device in Windows Control Panel settings.

macOS Setup

Configure JLab Play Pro as the default input and output device in macOS Sound preferences.
